This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Solvane Living website, operated by SPACE BRO TRADING CO., LTD. All shipping costs displayed on the Website are in pounds sterling (GBP). All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our fulfilment centre.
Processing times may be slightly extended during sale periods, promotional launches or public holidays.
Shipping Origin
All orders are dispatched directly from our authorised fulfilment centre in China. We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all destinations listed below, meaning all import duties, customs fees and applicable taxes are covered by us. You will not be charged any additional unexpected fees upon delivery.
The importer of record for all international shipments is our nominated logistics partner, who handles all customs clearance procedures on your behalf.
Delivery Destinations & Service Details
We have structured our delivery zones to reflect post-Brexit trading arrangements, with clear terms for the UK, EU and international locations.
United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
We deliver to all residential and commercial addresses across the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery: 7–12 working days from dispatch
Express Delivery (optional): 4–7 working days from dispatch
Carriers: Final-mile delivery is handled by Royal Mail and Evri via our UK logistics network
Pricing: Standard delivery is free on all UK orders over £60. For orders under £60, standard delivery costs £4.99. Express delivery rates are calculated and shown at checkout.
Tax & duty: All UK orders are shipped DDP. No additional import VAT, customs duties or handling fees will be charged on delivery – the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
European Union (EU)
We deliver to all 27 EU member states.
Standard Delivery: 10–15 working days from dispatch
Carriers: Local postal partners and regional courier networks including DPD and Colis Privé
Pricing: Standard delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free delivery applies to EU orders over £80 (GBP equivalent).
Tax & duty: All EU orders are shipped DDP. All import duties and VAT are included in the checkout price, with no extra fees due on delivery.
Rest of the World (International)
We ship to selected international destinations including the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Standard Delivery: 12–20 working days from dispatch
Carriers: National postal services and international courier partners
Pricing: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Tax & duty: For international destinations outside the UK and EU, all orders are shipped DDP where available. If your location is not eligible for DDP service, you will be notified at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery via the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the dispatch email for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s system.
Important Delivery Notes
Deliveries are made on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays in the destination country).
Remote or rural locations may experience an additional 1–2 working days of delivery time.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may leave it in a safe location, with a neighbour, or leave a card to arrange re-delivery or collection.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or if items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at solvaneliving@outlook.com with your order number and supporting details. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement, reshipment or full refund in line with your statutory consumer rights.
