Order Processing Time
Before your order is dispatched, we need a short period to pick, pack, and quality-check your items.
Order processing time: 1–3 business days
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day
During sale periods or busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always email you if there’s a delay
Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your estimated delivery date = processing time + shipping time.

All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not order placement. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or courier backlogs.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch
You can track your order directly on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
UK Deliveries
No customs duties or import taxes apply for deliveries within the United Kingdom. Prices displayed on our Website include UK VAT where applicable.
International Deliveries (Outside the UK)
Please note: SOLVANE LIVING is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country’s authorities.
When shipping from the UK to countries outside the UK:
Your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost
Customs policies vary widely by country — we recommend checking your local customs office for more information
If you refuse to pay customs charges, your parcel may be returned to us. We will issue a refund for the cost of the items (minus original shipping and any return fees incurred) once we receive the returned parcel
Important: We are unable to mark orders as “gifts” or lower the declared value to avoid customs fees — this is against customs regulations.
Delivery Issues
Delayed Orders
If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time above:
First, check your tracking link for the latest update
If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or your order is more than 14 days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, or if it has been marked as delivered by the courier but you haven’t received it:
Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue
In the event of a confirmed lost parcel, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at solvaneliving@outlook.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update it. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect the parcel.
Delivery Restrictions
We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses at this time
We currently do not ship to military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses)
Deliveries require a signature in most cases — please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel
