These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Solvane Living website and all purchases made through it. Solvane Living is a trading name of SPACE BRO TRADING CO., LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15387349. We operate as an online-only womenswear retailer with no physical retail stores or in-person collection facilities.
By accessing our website, browsing our products or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or place an order.
2. Ordering & Contract Formation
To place an order, add items to your cart and complete the checkout process. You will be required to provide accurate delivery, billing and contact information.
Once you submit your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgement. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A binding contract between you and Solvane Living is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that the goods have been shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment details.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes where required.
Product prices and delivery charges are shown in GBP at checkout and are final at the point of order confirmation.
We accept payment via major debit and credit cards, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All payment transactions are processed through authorised third-party payment providers.
We do not store full payment card details on our internal systems. All payment data is handled in accordance with applicable data security standards.
Prices may be updated from time to time without notice, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already issued a dispatch confirmation.
4. Delivery & Shipping
Full delivery details, timelines and regional pricing are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key terms are summarised below:
Origin of goods: All orders are dispatched directly from our authorised fulfilment centre in China.
Delivery model: We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all listed destinations. All import duties, customs fees and applicable taxes are included in the checkout price. You will not be charged any additional unexpected fees upon delivery.
Importer of record: The importer of record for international shipments is our nominated logistics partner, who handles all customs clearance procedures on your behalf.
United Kingdom delivery: We deliver to all addresses across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Standard delivery takes 7–12 working days from dispatch, with final-mile delivery handled by Royal Mail and Evri. No additional import VAT or customs duties are payable on arrival.
Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Your Statutory Right to Cancel
You have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day on which you take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email before the 14-day cancellation period expires.
You may provide a reason for the return, but you are not required to do so when exercising your statutory right to cancel.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the price paid for the Goods together with the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of an enhanced delivery service will not be refunded.
You are required to return the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of cancellation. Unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
6. Returns, Faulty Goods & Refunds
6.1 Condition of returned goods
To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in new resalable condition, and with all original tags, labels and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection.
6.2 Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please notify us as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match your order. This request does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a free return and offer your choice of a full refund, replacement or repair in line with your legal rights.
6.3 Sale and promotional items
Sale items remain subject to your statutory cancellation and consumer rights unless a specific legal exception applies.
6.4 Non-returnable items (legal exceptions only)
For regulatory and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or cancellation where the relevant conditions are met:
Custom-made or personalised items produced to your specific requirements
Sealed items of a personal hygiene nature where the hygiene seal has been removed after delivery
Items that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
6.5 Refund process
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method and in the original transaction currency.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the funds back to your account.
7. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and sizing information are as accurate as possible. However, minor variations in colour, texture or detail may occur due to display differences and manufacturing tolerances.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option of a replacement, a full refund, or waiting for restock.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
9. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful, personal shopping purposes only. You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that may damage, disable or impair the functioning of the site.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw our website temporarily or permanently without prior notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Solvane Living website – including text, images, logos, product designs and brand materials – is the intellectual property of SPACE BRO TRADING CO., LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your order or use of our website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant goods.
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute or claim.
